November 2025 brought the first chills of winter, but the atmosphere inside the "Rolyada" hotel in the cozy Tysmenytsia district was warmer than ever. Our latest IT-Camp "Code of the Future" once again opened its arms to the children of our Heroes: those whose parents are in captivity, those who have returned home, or those missing in action. This session was a true manifesto of unity and the belief that every autumn finale is just the beginning of something grand.
First Steps: The Magic of Connection and Team Building We strongly believe that no learning can be effective without a sense of safety and trust. That is why we began our shift with intensive team building. Through interactive exercises and heartfelt conversations, we broke down barriers, learned to support one another, and became a true pillar of strength for each participant. In just a few days, a group of strangers transformed into a solid team where everyone's voice mattered. This is exactly the "soft skill" that is indispensable for a successful career.
IT Horizons: Choosing Your Path Once the foundation of trust was laid, we moved on to intellectual brainstorming. Our participants dove into the study of IT professions, deconstructing the modern labor market. We discussed how IT is not just about writing code but also about management, design, analytics, and creativity. The children learned which skills will be in demand tomorrow and how to start building their path today.
Energy of Motion and Team Drive Balance is everything to us. After intensive classes, we recharged in the pool, where the water washed away fatigue and provided a fresh burst of energy. Team games, both outdoors and in the hotel's cozy halls, helped reinforce the spirit of unity we had nurtured from day one. November in "Rolyada" was a month of deep conversations, sincere smiles, and clear plans for the future. We didn't just wait out the autumn—we programmed ourselves for success!
