September 2025 greeted us with the golden hues of the Prykarpattia region and a renewed energy for learning. The "Rolyada" hotel once again opened its doors for our IT-Camp "Code of the Future." This time, we gathered children whose parents embody true courage: those in captivity, those who have returned home, and those whose return is our greatest shared hope. Autumn is a time to harvest knowledge, and we kicked off the season with maximum productivity.
Architecture of Success: IT Professions and Structure We dove into the inner world of tech giants. The children didn't just learn job titles; they deconstructed the structure of an IT company as a single living organism. Who builds the strategy? How do developers and testers interact? We explained that IT is not just about code—it's about people, communication, and a shared goal. This helped participants see their place in the industry and choose the direction that best resonates with their talents.
Creative Reflection and Active Balance In our camp, learning always goes hand-in-hand with inner recovery. Through collaging, the children visualized their professional goals and dreams. Creating these visual maps helped them structure their thoughts after intensive lectures and find answers to important internal questions. To recharge physically, we took advantage of every minute of the warm September sun: active outdoor games and poolside gatherings were the perfect complement to the educational program.
September in "Rolyada" proved that when there is support and a thirst for knowledge, any obstacle vanishes. We continue to shape the community of the future, where every "Code" is a step toward a victorious and successful life for our children.
