October 2025 painted the slopes around the Edelweiss Hotel in gold, and our IT-Camp "Cyber Universe" filled the village of Yasinia with the energy of a new generation. This month, we once again brought together the children of our Heroes — those whose parents are in captivity, have returned home, or are missing in action. The autumn Carpathians provided the perfect backdrop for discussing a future that knows no boundaries.
Digital Literacy: Cybersecurity and IT Orientation We continue to immerse children in the "Cyber Universe," where knowledge is the primary defense. Throughout the session, we explored IT professions in detail, helping each participant find their own path in this vast industry. A special emphasis was placed on cybersecurity: in a rapidly changing world, the ability to protect your data and recognize digital threats is a basic survival skill. We teach children to be more than just users; we teach them to be conscious and protected players in the global technology market.
Cultural Code: Bukovel, Hutsul Land, and the Upside-Down House But a true "Universe" consists of more than just code; it’s made of emotions and traditions. Our walks in Bukovel allowed the children to enjoy the majesty of the mountains, while a visit to Hutsul Land was a journey to the roots of our strength. We explored the lifestyle of the highlanders, feeling a strong connection between generations. Of course, there was plenty of fun at the Upside-Down House, where we learned to look at things from a different perspective — a skill so vital in IT!
This October became a time of warm conversations, deep knowledge, and unity for us. We see confidence appearing in their eyes and hope in their hearts. We aren't just teaching technology; we are building an unbreakable community of Heroes' children who are ready to change this world for the better.
