Building Trust and Visioning the Future: Autumn 2024 in Yasinia

Autumn 2024 in Yasinia began for the "Wings into the Future" Foundation with a clear mission: to create a space where the children of our Heroes feel like part of a unified, unbreakable team. This time, we intentionally focused on deep psychology and economic thinking, understanding that no learning is possible without trust.

First Steps: From "I" to "WE" The first days of the camp were both a challenge and a revelation. We filled the schedule with psychological exercises and games designed to break down barriers quickly. Our goal was ambitious: to build a level of trust that usually takes months in just a few hours. Through team activities, the children learned not just to listen, but to hear one another, recognize emotions, and delegate responsibility. Every exercise was a brick in the foundation of our community.

In addition to psychological relief, we introduced economic team games. These are more than just fun; they are simulations of real-life scenarios where strategic thinking, resource management, and collective decision-making lead to success. The children learned to negotiate, take risks, and support partners during "economic crises," which brought the group incredibly close together.

A Window into IT: The Career Fair Once the ice was broken and a friendly bond was established, we moved to the intellectual segment. The second half of the event featured a special presentation and discussion: "Which IT Profession to Choose in 2024?"

This wasn't a dry lecture. Thanks to the atmosphere of openness we had already built, it turned into a lively dialogue. We reviewed the modern IT industry—from development and testing to system architecture and AI. We discussed which skills would be critical in 2024–2025 and helped each participant identify their potential path. When a child isn't afraid to ask questions and feels supported by those around them, their career choice becomes a conscious step into the future.
